Itinerary
Day 1. Sofia - Bansko, Bulgaria
Meet your French-speaking guide upon arrival at Sofia airport and transfer to the Bansko ski resort.
Deposit your luggage in your hotel and, depending on your arrival time, start a short visit to Bansko, representative of the rural landscape of the 18th and 19th century. Its fortified houses, unique in their genre, bear witness to the independent character of its former inhabitants.
You will collect your ski equipment on arrival (skis, boots, poles, helmet).

Day 2 au Day 6. Sofia - Ski in Bansko, Bulgaria
After breakfast, start your 4 days of free skiing in Bansko. Located at the foot of the Pirin National Park and listed as a UNESCO heritage site, Bansko is the most recent and most dynamic winter sports resort in Bulgaria which holds the snow record both in quantity and in duration since you can ski there from December 15 to April 15.
Then join the Bansko slopes for 5 days of skiing in the area of the Bansko ski resort, the largest ski area in Bulgaria and Eastern Europe, the facilities are recent. During the week, you will discover Bezbog, a charming little resort located 20 kilometers from Bansko. You will discover another side of the Pirin massif. The slopes are suitable for beginners and intermediates. They are equipped with 44 snow cannons and linked by rapid ski lifts (chairs, dredges and eight-person cable car). During the week you will enjoy a Bulgarian folk gala dinner accompanied by traditional dances and music in a traditional restaurant in Bansko.

Day 7. Bansko - Rila Monastery - Sofia, Bulgaria
After breakfast, leave for the largest and most famous monastery in the Balkans, the Rila Monastery. The most visited tourist site in Bulgaria, the Rila Monastery is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the monastery founded by St. John of Rila in 930. Its arcades, columns, woodwork and paintings are of exceptional beauty. The Dormition of the Virgin Church is considered to be the best frescoed in Bulgaria. Its carved wooden iconostasis is unique in its genre. Lunch around the Rila Monastery.
Then take the direction of the Capital of Bulgaria. Start a guided tour of Sofia, the capital and the Sofiotes. Among other things, you will discover the Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Alexander Nevsky Cathedral with its museum of icons in the crypt (city), Tzar Osvboditel square, the National Assembly, La Rotonde Saint-Georges and the National Theater.

Day 8. Sofia, Bulgaria
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight.
